Please feel free to arrive at whatever time you can get here on Friday evening.  We will start off with a fun meet & greet around the fire, giving everyone the chance to get to know eachother and to learn about our goals and what we hope to gain from the workshop. Saturday morning we will go over the details of planning and preparing for a backcountry canoe trip and our entire afternoon will be spent in the canoes pracising our techniques.  On Sunday morning you can join our 45 minute yoga session down by the water with instructor Jenny, followed by breakfast over the fire. The rest of the morning will be spent refining any of the skills you were taught and asking any questions you may have.

**Cancellation: If you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund up until 14 days prior to the event. If cancelled within 14 days before event, you will be charged 25% of ticket fee**
